Dr. Jessica McHugh, PhD, OTR/L, BCP has a PhD from Texas Women’s University, MS from University of South Dakota, and BA from University of Iowa. She has worked with clients of all ages for more than 13 years on reaching obtainable goals. Jessica is a professor at the University of South Dakota and a practicing Occupational Therapist. She is currently seeking Precision Nutrition Certification. Jessica will provide the weekly sessions and help you stay on track with your goals.


Dr. Sean Conlin, DC, CSCS, CrossFit L1 has a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer and BS from University of Northern Iowa. He has helped countless individuals address fitness and pain-management goals. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through NSCA and has his level 1 CrossFit certification. Dr. Conlin is a provider with great knowledge and success. He was able to rehab from his own serious injury (torn shoulder and bicep muscles) from which doctors said he would not be able to return to his previous level of fitness. Dr. Conlin was able to return stronger than prior to his injury. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and he will provide monthly physiotherapy sessions to address any areas of concern. 


Brady Summers, MS, CSCS, CrossFit L1 has a MS in kinesiology and a BS in exercise science both from Briar Cliff University. Brady is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through NSCA and has his level 1 CrossFit certification. He has been coaching and training groups and individuals for several years. Brady coaches many different classes and programs at Sculpt Fitness including group class, individual personal training, and the youth Level Up program. Brady has amazing knowledge of the human body and he is able to help clients learn the best ways to increase strength and fitness based on individual needs. Brady will provide some of personal training sessions. 


Lexi Doletina, BS is a graduate of Florida State University. She is an NSCA certified personal trainer and enjoys working with clients of all ages. Lexi excels at meeting clients where they are and helping them to meet their goals. She will be taking the 360° program as a participant but will also help with initial assessments and with the personal training sessions.


Program Details

The 360° Program is designed to help you help you reach your highest potential. Jessica will help you set 3-5 realistic fitness and nutrition goals. Every week you will meet (via in-person group or Zoom setting) to discuss various topics such as goal setting, supplements, nutrition, and the difference between men’s and women’s fitness & nutrition needs. Your initial session will include a body scan & posture analysis, measurements, and “before” pictures. Every two weeks, you will meet with Jessica to review your progress towards goals.

Group Fitness

Sculpt Fitness offers multiple classes each day to meet your needs. Each class is about 1 hour long. The fitness classes focus on strength, cardio, endurance, and overall athletism. If you aren’t comfortable with these types of classes, don’t worry; Sean, Brady, and Jessica are present at all of them to help you learn and feel comfortable. 

personal Training

While enrolled in the 360° Program, you will be able to schedule one personal training session. Brady and Lexi will help you set your fitness goals and give you tools to meet them. 


Once a month, you will meet with Dr. Conlin to help you address any areas of concern or pain. He will give you exercises and activities to help you meet your goals.
