We’ll meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey. The programs at CrossFit Sculpt are designed for the beginner to the elite. Our mission is that no matter which program you choose, you’re guaranteed a positive supportive community to help you meet and maintain your personal goals and have a great workout.

CrossFit is a Strength and Conditioning Program that focuses on improving General Physical Preparedness (GPP). CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, functional movements performed at a high intensity. In CrossFit, you will run, jump, row, pull, push, throw, lift and use your body in the way it was meant to be used. The workouts vary from day-to-day, and we always push ourselves to find new limits. The entire CrossFit program is designed to do one thing – increase your fitness. Fitness is an increase in work capacity over broad times and modal domains. Or in other words, our ability to move more weight, further distance, faster.

Unlimited CrossFit Classes $100/mo

Members can attend as many CrossFit classes as they like each week.

10-Session CrossFit Punchcard $100

Members are limited to attending 10 CrossFit Classes. Expires in 3 months.

Family Unlimited CrossFit Classes (3 People, Additional $50 per person) $250

Family members who live at the same address are eligible for a Family Membership. An additional $50 is charged for each additional family member (children aged 17 and under, who share the same household & same family) added to the membership.

CrossFit Kids is designed for specific developmental needs (neurological, cognitive, and motor) of kids. CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements which are tailored to kids at any fitness level. The workouts are based on movements fundamental to playtime: pulling, pushing, running, throwing, climbing, lifting and jumping.

Level Up Sports Athletics Program is designed to produce top athletes while identifying and eliminating their weaknesses that could result in injury . Athletic performance is accelerated through the development of strength, explosiveness, speed, agility, and mental toughness.


Level Up Sports Athletics program builds programming around the athlete’s goals. Sports-specific drills (wrestling, football, soccer, volleyball, track—you name it) makes training relevant to the athlete. This coupled with the high quality of coaching produces well-rounded, elite athletes.

Level Up -6 Month Contract $205: 3 classes per week
